Decreto Nº 372/2004 JUSTICIA   Acéptase la renuncia de un Juez de la Cámara Nacional de Apelaciones en lo Comercial   de la Capital Federal —Sala “D”—.  Bs.As., 31/3/2004  VISTO el expediente Nº 141.621/04 del registro del MINISTERIO DE JUSTICIA, SEGURIDAD   Y DERECHOS HUMANOS, y   CONSIDERANDO:  Que el señor doctor Carlos Marí­a ROTMAN ha presentado su renuncia, al cargo   de JUEZ DE LA CAMARA NACIONAL DE APELACIONES EN LO COMERCIAL DE LA CAPITAL FEDERAL   —SALA “D” —.  Que es necesario proceder a su aceptación.  Que el presente se dicta en uso de las atribuciones conferidas por el artí­culo   99, inciso 4) de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.  Por ello,   EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:  ARTICULO 1º — Acéptase la renuncia presentada por el señor doctor Carlos Marí­a   ROTMAN (D.N.I.Nº 11.773.691), al cargo de JUEZ DE LA CAMARA NACIONAL DE APELACIONES   EN LO COMERCIAL DE LA CAPITAL FEDERAL —SALA “D” —.  ARTICULO 2º — Comuní­quese, publí­quese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro   Oficial y archí­vese. — KIRCHNER.— Gustavo Beliz.
