LA PRESIDENTA DE LA NACION ARGENTINADECRETA: Artí­culo 1º — Establécese que el cargo de Director Nacional del SERVICIO PENITENCIARIO FEDERAL del MINISTERIO DE JUSTICIA, SEGURIDAD Y DERECHOS HUMANOS, tendrá asignada una remuneración equivalente a la del Nivel A, Grado 8, Función Ejecutiva I, del SISTEMA NACIONAL DE LA PROFESION ADMINISTRATIVA aprobado por el Decreto Nº 993/91 t.o. 1995.
