              LEY 17171CÓDIGO DE JUSTICIA MILITARModificaciónsanc. 16/2/1967; promul. 16/2/1967; publ. 24/2/1967El presidente de la Nación Argentina sanciona y promulga con fuerza de ley:Art. 1.– Sustitúyese en el art. 553  del Código de Justicia Militar (ley 14029) las palabras “del sueldo” por: “de sus haberes”.Art. 2.– Sustitúyese en el art. 566  del Código de Justicia Militar las palabras “del sueldo correspondiente” por: “de los haberes correspondientes”.Art. 3.– Suprí­mese en el art. 567  del Código de Justicia Militar las palabras “de sueldo”.Art. 4.– Sustitúyese en el art. 570  del Código de Justicia Militar las palabras “medio sueldo” por: “la mitad de sus haberes”.Art. 5.– Comuní­quese, etc.Onganí­a – Lanusse
